These terms and conditions govern your use of the Villa of Golden Light website and any bookings made through it. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Payment

Submitting a booking request costs nothing — you are only charged once we confirm your reservation. To confirm, 50% of the reservation total is due, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. Quoted totals include VAT and the final cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Paid prepayments are 100% refundable when you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, and 50% refundable when you cancel 7 days or more before arrival. Cancellations after that are non-refundable. The same policy applies to every accommodation on the estate.

Security Deposit

There is no cash security deposit. A €500 pre-authorization is held on your card the day before arrival and automatically released within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

Limitation of Liability

Villa of Golden Light shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
